Terms of Service

Scope

We provide Reddit reputation, advisory, and growth services. We reserve the right to decline work that conflicts with our ethics or platform policies.

Acceptable Use

• • No requests for vote manipulation, brigading, or covert influence.
• • Client content must be lawful, accurate, and policy-compliant.
• • We may require disclosures or moderator outreach when appropriate.

Fees & Payments

Fees are due per the agreed plan or proposal. Work may pause if invoices are overdue. Retainers are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.

Deliverables & Reporting

We provide best-effort services and reporting. Results depend on community behavior, moderator decisions, and search platform changes; therefore outcomes are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality

We keep non-public client information confidential and use it only to deliver services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the current service term.

Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Certain obligations (payment due, confidentiality) survive termination.
